The government’s SBSN auction on Tuesday, 20 October, cleared exactly at its target. It awarded Rp10 trillion against bids of Rp22.77 trillion, a 2.28x bid-to-cover ratio. At the 6 October auction, bids were Rp32.61 trillion.

Funding is not a problem, but investor demand is cooling.
